Favorite Fitness Tips
1. Drink 16 oz of water before breakfast. Its better to not start the day on an empty stomach and this can reduce caloric intake by 25 percent. 2. Add fiber, lots of fiber! 25gms a day for women, its hard to feel hungry when full on fiber. 3. Omega 3s... get em.
